Under the direction of the Director of Quality, the Quality Coordinator will assist the Director of Quality who will ensure compliance & quality metrics are met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Demonstrate the ability to resolve issues through exemplary critical thinking skills;
• Role model high ethical and quality standards;
• Perform research and data gathering regarding potential accreditation opportunities;
• Assist with tasks related to the organizational program evaluation such as collection of feedback from the different departments;
• Support the Director of Quality in management of the Advisory Council and resulting committees;
• Assist with tasks related to the Older Americans Funding including the Request for Proposal process, subgrantee oversight, and completion of site visits;
• Assist with data collection for the Area Plan;
• Role model ICARE principles.

Supervisory Responsibility

No supervisor responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in any field from accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience. Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to read, interpret, and proofread documents is required. Experience with the client population served a must. Experience with organizational compliance preferred.
